We are very proud to have supplied Cassandra with solid oak flooring which features throughout her home. She chose our rustic grade oak, a rugged oak, with plenty of character and grain patterns within the boards, which also includes filled knots and small splits.
A mixed width floor is laid with wide boards up to 250-300mm. Larger width boards mean fewer joints creating an aesthetically pleasing design. They become a major feature of the floor and as such should be placed in areas where they are seen. We love the look of our flooring in this property and Cassandra’s stunning design flair, furniture and paint really sets it off.
